ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
A tool that evaluates ten business areas, with the objective of identifying organizational strengths and areas for improvement. The challenge is to identify the key initiatives that will make a competitive difference. This performance improvement diagnostic allows any company to perform a comprehensive review to identify the right issues that frame the opportunity for improvement, define a company’s market position, and set compelling and achievable goals.

TEAM FUNCTIONALITY ASSESSMENT
This tool was created to evaluate 9 variables that affect team’s performance. This test will identify growth opportunities and decrease pockets of dysfunctional team dynamics. Functional teams adapt more quickly to change. This tool was designed based on Tuckman’s stages of development to assess how well a team functions. The assessment provides input in order to create a team development plan for improving the organization’s effectiveness.

SUSTAINABILITY PLAN GUIDE
This guide provides 7 tools to complete your program’s sustainability plan. Depending in your program’s development stage and organizational needs, you may want to place more emphasis on some tools over others. We recommend completing all the tools in order to develop a comprehensive sustainability plan. The tools include the following areas of sustainability:
  • - Tool 1: Cover Page - Here you provide context to understand your organization and program, as well as define what you would like to achieve with this plan.

    - Tool 2: Program Overview - This is a 10,000 foot high snapshot of your program and its services.

    - Tool 3: Programmatic Sustainability - Here is where you identify the specifics of your program, and the needs to develop it and sustain it over time.

    - Tool 4: Communicating Impact - This is where you define what are you going to communicate and to whom, in order to create and sustain stakeholder support.

    - Tool 5: Funding Strategy - This tool will help you lay out the financial implications to sustain your program for the next 5 years.

    - Tool 6: Leadership and Long-Term Capacity - This tool will help you define who will make things happen over time.

    - Tool 7: Action Plan - Here is where you define what steps you need to take, and when.
